Operate in AUTO or MANUAL mode

AUTO MODE : If you press the feed switch, solder will be fed with set time and speed independently of length of pressing time.
MANUAL MODE : Solder will be fed with set speed during pressing the feed switch.

With the solder return mechanism

After feed solder, the specified length of solder can be returned.Soldering robots may need this solder return function. Amount of solder return is adjustable within 0 to 5 mm.

Minimize solder and flux splash

As shown below, when solder is cut with a V-groove it enables the release of gas pressure generated by the flux, thereby suppressing splash. However, because the V-groove exposes the flux to outside air the solder cannot be stored for a long period of time.
